McGregor vs. Mayweather is certainly the most anticipated spectacle of the year. This crossover match up is going to be debated more than the extremely nauseating LeBron/Jordan argument over the next two months. Which I for one, am so ready to get past. Fortunately for the McGregor/Mayweather debate, we get an actual answer August 26. No hypotheticals, no supporting cast theories. Just two baaaadddd mother fuckers going toe to toe. Also, shout out to both fighters for making it happen.
The “Notorious One” Conor McGregor threw the figurative first punch this morning while being photographed training in his gym. McGregor hired local Dublin artist, “Subset” to paint a mural on one of the walls. The mural depicts the MMA superstar connecting with a knockout punch on the undefeated Mayweather.
Conor is known for being a, for a lack of a better word, shithead. This is a prime example of his cheekiness and no doubt gives you the impression that he is tremendously confident going into this bout. Most “experts” are predicting a easy Mayweather victory. That may be true, but Conor definitely won the first round of the pre-fight build up.
This is just the first cannon ball launched across the pond.
